Stage Drama “ LOKKA LEDA WELA”

The highly acclaimed drama “Lokka Leda Wela” was staged on the 9th of February 2025 at the Bishop’s Auditorium in Colombo, drawing an enthusiastic audience for a cause close to our hearts. The event featured two performances—one at 3:30 p.m., generously sponsored by well-wishers for the benefit of disabled soldiers and their families, and a second at 6:30 p.m. for the general public.

This inspiring initiative, organized by the Association of Retired Flag Rank Officers (ARFRO), went beyond mere entertainment—it was a heartfelt tribute to the sacrifices made by our war heroes. By using the power of the arts to drive meaningful change, the event served as a platform to extend much-needed support to the families of disabled soldiers. It reflected the deep sense of responsibility and commitment shared by all those who came together to honour and uplift those who have given so much for the nation.
