ARFRO successfully conducted its inaugural guest lecture for the 2025/2026 programme year on 27 November 2025. The session, titled ‘Introduction to Capital Markets and Enabling Access to the Colombo Stock Exchange’, was delivered by Mr. Rasika Indra Kumara, MBA, BBA (Marketing & Management), ACMA, CGMA, RIA.
The event attracted a notable audience of 102 participants, comprising ARFRO members, serving officers, and officers undergoing training. The lecture provided valuable insights into capital markets and addressed a contemporary and dynamic subject of considerable relevance
The presentation generated keen interest among participants and was complemented by an interactive question-and-answer session, during which a broad range of perceptive queries reflected the high level of engagement and interest of the audience.
The lecture was a meaningful and well-received initiative, bringing together a distinguished gathering to exchange knowledge and perspectives on an important area of financial awareness.
