ARFRO Submits Pay & Pension Proposals

ARFRO with some constructive inputs received from the Tri-Service Pension Departments and Armed Forces Pensioners Association, has formulated a proposal to submit to the newly appointed Public Sector Salaries and Pensions Commission regarding prevailing pay and pension anomalies affecting retired members of the Armed Forces.

Maj Gen Wajira Palihakkara (Rtd) compiled the final report. The picture shows Maj Gen Sujith Perera (Rtd), Treasurer, ARFRO, briefing the EX-CO members on the contents of the letter and the proposals to be submitted to the Commission.
