The second Guest Lecture for 2023 was conducted by ARFRO on 20th July 2023. The Lecture given by Professor K M Nalin de Silva was on the topic, “Technology is changing the future of everything: Are we ready ?”
The hall was packed to capacity with an attentive gathering of ARFRO members, serving Officers from all three forces, both senior and junior, as well as student Officers from NDC, Defence Services Command & Staff College and the KDU. They were entertained to a very enlightening lecture which left them spellbound. A string of questions that followed indicated the effectiveness of the speech. and interest drawn to the content.
