A Guest Lecture was conducted by ARFRO on 11th May 2023. The Lecture given by Admiral R C Wijegunaratne WV RWP RSP VSV USP was on the topic, ‘Defence Diplomacy and Indo Pacific Strategies for Sri Lanka’.

There were serving Officers from all three forces and also student Officers from NDC, Staff College and the KDU who were present. The hall was packed to capacity to listen to a very enlightening lecture. A string of questions that followed the lecture indicated the interest in the content and the attention paid to a very matter of fact way of delivery made by the speaker.
